Fast-track your way to global citizenship

In our Study Tour information sessions, you'll learn all about how you can take your Swinburne degree overseas during your uni break and gain credit for one unit of study in the process. Our Overseas Study Tours will give you the chance to travel with like-minded Swinburne students, being led by one of our experienced academics. You'll visit businesses, communities and/or leading companies, work on projects and experience local culture all in the space of 1-2 weeks.

A unique information session will be run for each program and will guide you through the application process, logistics of the program, talk about things like academic credit, funding and there will be a chance to ask questions too.

How much does a Study Tour cost?

Our Study Tour programs vary in cost, based on the duration of the trip, the destination, types of activities and many other factors. The good news is, there is often a lot of funding available in the form of OS HELP Loans and NCP grants, to assist eligible students with the costs.

Can I extend my trip if I want to add on personal travel afterwards?

Yes, of course! You'll want to make sure you are home in time to start your next semester at Swinburne- but there is usually plenty of time to add on some personal travel afterwards!
